  • The goal of our application process is to find out whether you are a perfect fit for us and the position, and vice versa. If you are unhappy with your new position, no one has gained anything. For this reason, we take the necessary time to ensure that we will have a good time together.

    The interview process is divided into 3 steps:

    1. First interview (15-20 minutes): A quick way to get to know each other. Depending on the position, you may also be given a test assignment you will do after the interview.

    2. Second interview (1-1.5h): Interview with your potential new supervisor.

    3. Reference checks from our side

  • The onboarding takes place online and remotely. We are well-prepared and have enough time to familiarize you with your new tasks. Gradually, you will be assigned more tasks. So you don't have to worry about being thrown in at the deep end.

  • All you need to work at SAWOO is a fast and stable internet connection. We are happy to provide everything else if you do not have suitable equipment. Of course, we will take care of replacements as soon as possible if something doesn't work and support you in setting up and optimizing your workspace.

  • After the onboarding period, you will work on your tasks independently and can arrange your own time within a certain framework. Of course, you will receive help from your team at any time.

    There are also regular weekly exchanges with supervisors and colleagues via Google Meet.

    Furthermore, we have regular virtual "Coffee Breaks" and organize an annual company meeting in attendance.

  • Yes. We don't have an office. You can work from wherever you want to.

    Commuting is a waste of time and we want to find the best talent wherever they are. Digitalization allows us to work easily from anywhere in the world.

    In our opinion and from own experience, we're more efficient and flexible and as a result achieve better results while everyone involved has more fun working.

  • We communicate with each other via chat (Slack) and regular video/zoom calls with customers and colleagues. Despite the physical distance, we provide each other with help and answers within a very short time.

    We usually speak German. But as SAWOO is an internationally oriented company, we have some English-speaking customers and employees. So some internal and external meetings are held in English.

  • Nobody is perfect and keen on committing to mistakes made. In case of a mistake, we work together on a solution to avoid future errors and optimize processes.

    Of course, we are always grateful for your feedback and suggestions for improvement, which we will try to implement.
